Harnessing Sustainable Energy for the Campus

St Anselm’s College partnered with Eltom Solar to install a robust, roof-mounted solar photovoltaic (PV) system as a key component of its long-term sustainability strategy. Completed in 2023, the primary objective was to generate clean, renewable electricity on-site to significantly reduce rising energy costs across the eight-building campus.

Bespoke System Design for Maximum Efficiency

Our experienced engineers conducted a full site survey to design a tailored solution. The College’s sports hall and gymnasium were identified as the ideal location, featuring a large, south-facing flat roof with minimal shading.

108 High-Efficiency Monocrystalline Panels:
Covering a total surface area of 210.9 m².
45.36 kWp System Output:
Connected to a single high-performance inverter.
Optimal Orientation:
Positioned with a 110° orientation to Maximise year-round solar exposure and energy generation.
